MY PHILOSOPHY ON BAKING
(1) Any recipe can be made gluten-free by replacing gluten-filled ingredients with those that are gluten-free.
(2) A good makeover just needs the right blend of flours and the correct ratio of ingredients (wet to dry; fat to sugar)
(3) Making over gluten-filled recipes is like filling your tummy with happiness.
(4) Eating well is the best way to avoid cheating on your diet.
